What's your return policy?

American Freemason will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition, and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.

Why is a product labeled preorder and why is it less expensive?

We offer a significant preorder discount on products that have been approved to produce but are not yet in stock. Generally, a preorder product will be available to ship within a few weeks as it makes its way through production. To compensate customers’ wait time, we offer a preorder discount.
